How Sapora billing works
All Sapora purchases — Pro subscriptions and extraction token packs — are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), never by us directly. We never see or store your card number. That means the fastest refund path for an unauthorized charge is usually through the store that billed you, but you can always contact us and we'll help drive it to resolution either way.
Charges appear on your statement as APPLE.COM/BILL or GOOGLE*Sapora (wording varies by bank).
If you were charged via Google Play (Android)
- For a charge you did not authorize, report it to Google within 120 days: Report unauthorized Google Play charges.
- For a purchase made on your account you want refunded, request it at play.google.com — request a refund.
- To stop future subscription charges, cancel in the Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sapora Pro → Cancel.
Email [email protected] at any point and we'll assist with the Google process and make sure any refunded entitlement is removed cleanly from your account.
If you were charged via the App Store (iPhone/iPad)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that was billed, find the Sapora charge and choose Report a problem → "I didn't authorize this purchase" (or request a refund).
- If the charge doesn't appear there, contact Apple Support — billing.
- To stop future subscription charges, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sapora.
You can also email [email protected] — we'll help you through Apple's process.
Contact us directly
If you're not sure where the charge came from, can't access the store account, or the store declined your request, dispute the transaction with us directly:
Include as much of the following as you can — it lets us locate the transaction immediately:
- The email address on your Sapora account
- Date and amount of the charge, and the last 4 digits shown on your statement line (never send your full card number)
- Whether it was billed by Apple or Google
- A short description of why you're disputing it
What happens next
- Within 1 business day: we acknowledge your dispute and confirm the transaction details we found.
- While it's investigated: we can freeze the associated subscription or token grant on your account on request.
- Resolution: refunds are issued by Apple or Google to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days once approved). We remove any entitlement tied to a refunded transaction automatically.
- If you disagree with the outcome you can escalate with your card issuer; we'll cooperate fully with any bank chargeback investigation.
Securing your account
- If you believe your Sapora account was accessed without permission, change your password immediately in Settings → Profile → Security, then email [email protected] so we can review recent activity.
- Turn on purchase authentication on your device: Face ID / Touch ID for App Store purchases, or Play Store → Settings → Purchase verification on Android.
